Please read these terms carefully before using the BeYoungStudio platform. By using our Service, you agree to the following.
By accessing or using BeYoungStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
BeYoungStudio offers a monthly subscription at $40/month, processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
All workout videos, exercise programs, and related content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Sharing account credentials or streaming content to unauthorized users is prohibited.
The content provided through BeYoungStudio is for fitness and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. While our trainer holds ACE and Stott Pilates certifications with over 25 years of experience, you should always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions or injuries. You exercise at your own risk. BeYoungStudio and its trainers are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse effect resulting from following any workout or advice provided through the Service.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and the BeYoungStudio brand identity, is the property of BeYoungStudio or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The BeYoungStudio name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BeYoungStudio.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeYoungStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Oregon.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
