When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you subscribe, payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers. We also collect usage data such as workout views, exercise interactions, and general browsing patterns within the app to improve the Service.
We use the information we collect to manage your account, deliver personalized workout plans and exercise content, process subscription billing, communicate service updates, and improve the overall experience. We may send you occasional emails about new features or content. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings.
Provides authentication and database services. Your account data and workout information are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
Handles all payment processing. Stripe collects and manages your billing information under their own privacy policy.
Hosts the BeYoungStudio web application. Standard server logs (IP addresses, request data) may be collected as part of normal operations.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls on our database. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
BeYoungStudio uses essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session and store preferences. These are strictly functional. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Session tokens are used to keep you signed in securely, and are cleared when you log out.
You can view your personal information at any time through your account settings.
You can update your name, email, and other account details directly in your settings.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your settings.
We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our terms).
BeYoungStudio is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
